Unlike data management, which focuses on the technical aspects of data, data asset management is focused on treating data as a valuable business asset and extracting the maximum possible benefits from it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data asset management should not be confused with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huwise.com\/en\/glossary\/digital-asset-management\/\">digital asset management<\/a>, which solely focuses on managing digital assets such as videos, audio files, animations, logos, typography, and color palettes.
