A word from Charlotte

"My belief is that data only gains value when it is understood and embraced by everyone, not just by technical experts. Data governance is often seen as a rigid constraint, but I firmly believe that by making it visible and easily understandable, it becomes a driver of collective engagement. A data leader must step out of the technical silo to become a translator of value. Turning data into a lever for lasting impact means fostering a culture of responsibility, where every employee understands the effect of their actions on the organization’s data assets."
