Every individual I encounter brings me something unique. Some have left a profound mark on me, such as Simone Veil—an icon whose leadership transformed the collective and inspired me in my youth.
However, these inspiring encounters are not limited to historical figures; SNCF has also provided me with remarkable role models.
- Guillaume Pepy, for instance, combined natural charisma with a hands-on approach on the ground that deeply resonated with me.
- Barbara Dalibard, for her part, powerfully embodied the role of women at SNCF through the act of ‘Daring’ (Oser)—a message that still resonates within me today.
