Arielle’s experience and expertise
Arielle Rolland is a leading Data Strategist, specializing in data products and data mesh, with a passion for technological innovation and the power of data to both enable individuals and connect us as a collective.
Currently Data & AI Strategy Manager at Accenture Nordics she has extensive experience in end-to-end analytics delivery programs across multi-cloud environments, and is dedicated to developing and delivering data solutions as products, and helping leaders adopt product thinking with data and AI.
Her expertise includes developing and driving a holistic vision for organizations, mapping that vision to reality via detailed maturity-based evolution cycles, and leading collaboratively to achieve sustained and tangible returns on data products through scale, resiliency, and re-usability. Alongside this, she is the founder of the “Women in Intelligence” community in Accenture, organizing events to bring together individuals from both Accenture and its clients.
A word from Arielle
"In a world where AI is everywhere, data has never been easier to use (and misuse). It is our responsibility as data leaders to implement the correct guardrails (by design) and educate on how data can responsibly and ethically change, shape, and improve our daily lives. This also allows people to be bold, experiment, and innovate in their operations, which is magical. The key question is, how do you make the two fit together?"
Arielle's vision
How does your data conviction translate into your day-to-day activity?
In my work, this translates to continuously educating clients (and friends, much to their dismay) on being mindful of their data, the importance of cultivating a shared understanding, while encouraging them to explore and embrace those new tools.
In your view, what is the key role of today’s data leaders in turning data into a lever for sustainable impact?
Data is becoming the heartbeat of organizations, creating AI agents that act on our behalf to augment, not replace, us as humans. I highly recommend any data leader prepare for this AI wave by ensuring their data is accurate and their workforce is data ready, because if you let it slip, correcting the course will be challenging.

People who inspire me
I have a huge crush on the content and dedication that Charlotte Ledoux and also Gaelle Seret have on their social media, and my other geeky side truly enjoys the work on metadata that Ole Olesen-Bagneux has done so far and I look forward to seeing what he will bring in 2026!
Books that inspire me
My favorite book which keeps on hunting me is “The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair” by J. Dicker, a really good novel about a murder case.
Podcasts that inspire me
Catalogue & Cocktail – every Wednesday, if you want to hear more about all things data.
My work routines
Reading Modern Data 101 every morning or reading Substack/Medium Articles. They are quick to read and full of great wisdom.
