Clara Thibault

Clara Thibault is the Chief Data & AI Officer of the Pierre Fabre Group, where she drives data and AI transformation by mobilizing the company around a clear, unifying, and impact-oriented narrative. She leads innovation initiatives, evolves practices, cultures, and skills, and creates the conditions for data and artificial intelligence to become sustainable levers of performance and differentiation for the group.

Convinced that transformation is first and foremost human, Clara works to align data, technology, and business priorities while empowering teams to embrace these new ways of working. She regularly speaks on AI adoption, cultural transformation, and responsible governance, promoting collaborative models involving business, HR, legal, and technology functions.

Recognized for her ability to combine strategic vision, collective purpose, and responsible innovation, she makes data a driver of change and a catalyst for impact across the organization.

Clara is also President of ANCDAO – the National Association of Chief Data & AI Officers.
