Dina Fares is a pioneering digital transformation leader and futurist and strategist who is currently serving as the Executive Director of Digital Transformation at the Department of Digital Ajman.
With over a decade of experience in the public sector, she is a key architect of Ajman’s digital ecosystem, leading major initiatives like the AjmanOne unified service platform. In her work she aims to bridge business objectives with both existing and emerging technology solutions while keeping people at the heart of every transformation.
She is recognized for her expertise in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence—for which she holds a patent—and open data strategies. In 2025, she spearheaded the launch of Ajman’s Agentic AI solution at GITEX Global, designed to simplify complex government services. A recipient of the prestigious UAE Pioneers Award in 2018, she continues to shape the future of government by prioritizing citizen-centric, data-driven solutions across the Emirate.
