Franck Moine

Franck Moine is a senior executive and innovation strategist who has built his career within the Bouygues Group. Starting in 2019, he led Winnovation, a strategic technology foresight subsidiary based in San Francisco, originally created by Bouygues Telecom to capture disruptive innovations from Silicon Valley.

Under his leadership, Winnovation played a crucial role as in monitoring and connecting the group’s major business lines (Bouygues Construction, Colas, TF1) and the global innovation ecosystem. His mission was to identify emerging technologies (such as AI for construction site image analysis or risk detection) and organize learning expeditions for teams, facilitating fruitful collaborations with startups and prestigious research centers like MIT and Stanford.
