Lynda Dehmane
Chief Data, Analytics & Cognitive Solutions Officer
Lynda’s experience and expertise
For over twenty years, Lynda Dehmane has been shaping strategic transformations that lastingly redefine how organizations operate, innovate, and reinvent themselves. Throughout her career, she has harnessed data, digital, and technology toward a single goal: creating impact, strengthening performance, and mobilizing teams.
She began her journey in 2005 at Crédit Foncier, where she grasped the significance of cross-functional projects in aligning business and technology. She then moved to OCSI Consulting, immersing herself in the insurance sector. There, she developed deep expertise in CRM and digital, driven by a founding conviction: transformation only succeeds when built on reliable data and a precise understanding of user needs.
Building on this expertise, she joined SMA in 2013, progressively taking on key responsibilities before becoming IT Digital Director in 2015. She led a vast transformation program, deeply restructuring practices, tools, and operating models. It was here that she established a leadership style defined by rigor, vision, and the ability to engage teams in demanding trajectories that deliver tangible results.
This momentum led her to Société Générale Group in 2018, where she was entrusted with major initiatives regarding large-scale data quality. In 2022, she took over as Head of Group IT Data Management, a strategic role where she strengthened governance, harmonized practices, and laid the technological foundations for reliable, controlled, and decision-oriented data usage.
In 2025, bringing this strategic maturity to Generali, she was appointed Chief Data, Analytics & Cognitive Solutions Officer. Her ambition is foundational: to turn Data and AI into competitive levers for the strategic transformation of Generali France. She defines and drives the strategy, sparks innovation, secures governance, and accelerates the large-scale deployment of high-value use cases.
Lynda is also deeply committed to the role of women in Data and Tech. As a mentor, speaker, and active member of networks such as Women of Influence and ElleStime, she plays a strategic leadership role within Women4Tech at Generali. She embodies an essential belief: transformation is only truly successful when it allows a diversity of talents to thrive and reach leadership positions.
A word from Lynda
“My founding conviction is that data only holds value if it informs action and is accessible to all. The key role of today’s data leader is to transform data into a sustainable strategic advantage by creating the conditions for reliable, governed, and scalable data usage—empowering decisions, accelerating innovation, and anchoring a culture of measurable impact across the entire organization.”
