Pascale Assémat is Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAO) for the Consumer and Digital Business Unit at Groupe La Poste. In this role, she leads the group’s data strategy, data governance, and the use of artificial intelligence to support business performance, innovation, and digital transformation.
Her experience as Head of Data & AI at Société Générale and as a Big Data Project Manager at SFR has given her a strong understanding of both technological challenges and business needs, before she evolved into roles with a greater focus on governance, strategy, and value creation through data and AI.
In her current position, Pascale Assémat focuses on structuring data practices, scaling AI use cases, and supporting business teams in adopting data and AI capabilities. She is particularly interested in the evolution of the Chief Data Officer role, the balance between technical expertise and business leadership, and the skills required to build mature data and AI organizations.
Active in the data and AI ecosystem, she regularly shares her experience and perspectives through discussions and speaking engagements on data governance, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation.
