Yohan’s experience and expertise
Yohan Benqué is a French‑Canadian, multiple entrepreneur, and multicultural leader with a passion for innovation, value creation, data, technology, and business development. He currently serves as Fellow Digital Ecosystem,
Transformation Chief Data Officer for Michelin LifeStyle, and Enterprise Architect for the Group. He is also the Global Marketing Technology and Data Strategy Officer at Michelin, after previously serving as Marketing Director for Connected Mobility within its Services and Solutions division.
Previously, Yohan was Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Altares – Dun & Bradstreet. He also teaches digital transformation and data-driven business models at IESEG and has served as Academic Director of custom executive programs and professor at HEC Paris.
His expertise lies in designing new business models that integrate transformations driven by Smart Data, artificial intelligence, and digitalization. He manages the transition from ideas to go-to-market and drives scale-up initiatives.
Yohan defines strategies for monetizing data, as well as architectures and roadmaps for digital platforms to capture new markets. He sees data, digital platforms, and AI as key levers for growth and the development of new organizations.
His preferred tools include creativity, analysis, architecture, design thinking, Lean Start-up, and agile methodologies. He works with teams of creatives, business-focused data scientists, analysts, and digital specialists.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Yohan Benqué also studied at McGill University (Montreal), Drexel University (Philadelphia), and the International Space University (Strasbourg).
Yohan is a frequent speaker at prestigious institutions and events, including HEC Paris, École des Mines, École 42, Sciences Po, GFII, ESCP, IESEG, as well as specialized conferences such as Big Data Paris and various marketing events.
He has received numerous honors, including graduating top of his class at HEC Paris Executive (2015), a thesis nominated for the HEC Foundation Prize, 1st Prize at the Big Data Paris Trophy 2015 (Powerlinx), and 1st Prize Banque & Innovation 2017 (Scopfi).
