Our story

From Opendatasoft to Huwise

Since we were founded in 2012, we have supported hundreds of public and private organizations in unlocking the value of their data. As pioneers in open data sharing and transparency, we have enabled governments, cities, municipalities, public institutions, and businesses to open up their data for greater transparency and collaboration. Over the years, our clients have leveraged our expertise in data democratization to address their data management challenges and enhance the value of their data assets.

In 2025, Opendatasoft became Huwise (Human+Wise) to better reflect the richness and diversity of the use cases we now support through our data marketplace solution. Our name now embodies the core purpose of our business: helping all organizations leverage and share their data to achieve greater operational efficiency and collective intelligence.
