Huwise's satisfaction survey and Net Promoter Score
The NPS evaluation allows us to identify how many of our clients would recommend Huwise to their friends or colleagues. This widely-used 1-10 methodology is an essential indicator for measuring overall satisfaction, based on the share of Promoters (score between 9 and 10), Passives (between 7 and 8) and Detractors (below 7).
In our 2025 survey, Huwise achieved an NPS of 64 (on a scale of -100 to 100). We’re very proud of this score, as it is 20 points higher than the average of 44 received by the B2B SaaS sector. It’s also great that every year more and more clients take the time to complete our survey and offer us feedback to help drive future improvements.
In addition to NPS, clients also answered a more in-depth survey, allowing them to share their views of the strengths of our solution and areas for improvement. This provides us with a roadmap and guide for our ongoing work.
